Marketing Manager

Omer-e-Rawan Foundation is Hiring a Marketing Manager!
Lead the marketing and communications function to increase awareness, engagement, and impact of the initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the marketing strategy and campaigns.
2. Manage day-to-day marketing operations and project timelines.
3. Plan, oversee, and publish content across social media platforms.
4. Coordinate filming, testimonials, and impact stories with beneficiaries and stakeholders.
5. Work with the multimedia team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
6. Monitor campaign performance and prepare periodic reports.
7. Coordinate with partners, volunteers, and internal teams for marketing activities.

Experience:
1. 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.
2. Experience managing social media, marketing campaigns, and content strategy.
3. Prior experience in the non-profit, social impact, development, or CSR sector is preferred
4. Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
