Create engaging visual content that showcases the initiative’s impact across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Capture high-quality photos and videos during events and field activities.
2. Edit videos, reels, and graphics for social media and digital campaigns.
3. Develop and maintain the monthly social media content calendar.
4. Create crisp, engaging, and platform-specific content.
5. Maintain a library of multimedia assets, testimonials, and success stories.
6. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
7. Stay updated on social media trends and recommend creative content ideas.

Experience:
1. 2–4 years of experience in photography, videography, & multimedia content creation.
2. Proven experience creating short-form videos, reels, & social media content.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent editing tools.
4. Experience managing social media content calendars is preferred.
